Right of withdrawal
As a customer of Katrilie, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. The withdrawal period starts from the day after you have received the item.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period by contacting us at katrilie.shop@gmail.com. You may also use the withdrawal form you receive in connection with your purchase.
After you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Returns
The item must be packed securely so that it is not damaged during return. You are personally responsible for the direct costs of the return.
We recommend that you keep documentation showing that the item has been sent in return.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the amount in accordance with applicable rules. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received, or until you have provided documentation that it has been sent back.
Damaged or incorrect item
If you have received a damaged item, the wrong product, or an item with a defect, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Please attach photos showing the damage or error so that we can assist you further.
Complaints regarding errors or defects are different from exercising the right of withdrawal and follow the rules in the Consumer Purchases Act.
Personalized products
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications or that have a clear personal touch. If a product is subject to such an exemption, this will be clearly stated before ordering.
