Production and delivery
All posters are produced to order and shipped directly to the delivery address you provide in your order.
Production time and delivery time may vary depending on the product, size, and delivery location. Estimated delivery time is shown during the ordering process.
Shipping
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can always see the total shipping cost before you pay.
If the order contains several products, the items may in some cases be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.
Delayed or missing delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, you can contact us at katrilie.shop@gmail.com, and we will help you investigate what happened.
Damage during transport
If the package or the item is damaged when you receive it, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible at katrilie.shop@gmail.com. Please feel free to attach photos of the item and the packaging so that we can assist you further.
